The office of the Engineering Council has re-located from Maerua Mall to Unit 1, Urban Dynamics Complex, corner of Nelson Nandela + Hugo Hahn streets, Klein Windhoek.
If you drive along Nelson Mandela avenue, past Hidas and the blue mosque towards Eros, there is a set of traffic lights with Gevers street turning off to your right and Hugo Hahn street turning off to your left. Please turn left and the name of the complex, Urban Dynamics, is clearly visible.
