THE NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATION RELATED TO THE TARIFF OF CONSULTING FEES CHARGEABLE BY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS OR INCORPORATED ENGINEERS WAS PUBLISHED IN GOVERNMENT GAZETTE NO. 4440 DATED 15 MARCH 2010.

THE ENGINEERING COUNCIL HAS ALSO MADE PRESENTATION WAS ALSO MADE TO THE MINISTRY OF WORKS AND TRANSPORT ON THE FOLLOWING:
- To increase the factor figure of 17 cents to 22 cents per hundred dollars of total annual remuneration for the tariff based for salaried staff.
- To adjust the tables used for the calculation of percentage-based fees to allow for inflation since 1993.
